The Youth Apostolate is a very important aspect of the evangelization strategy of the Diocese of Mamfe and a lot of prominence is given to the Young people, since about 65% of the Population are below the age of 45 years.

Under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Nobert Ngah and his Team, the Youth Apostolate organized the celebration of the World Youth day, on every Palm Sunday at the Diocesan Level. During this day, the youth spend three days at the seat of the Diocese doing Catechesis, studying the Bible and doing quizzes, and other competitions. The celebration always culminates with the celebration of the Palm Sunday Mass at the Cathedral and the award of Prizes to derserving youth groups.

Every year, there is the organization of the Youth Camp which is organized for one week during the summer holidays. During this period, the youth are brought together and taught how to live and work together, how to pray together and how the live as Catholic youths.

There were recent elections conducted and the Diocesan Youth Executive bureau was renewed. They will lead the youth office for a period of three years. These are all signs of hope for the future.
